Lead Times & Seasonality

Demand changes throughout the year, and we believe in being transparent about timing. We’ll always give you our best estimate when you place your order and communicate if anything changes.

Peak Season:

Note: Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we recommend placing spring orders in advance to secure preferred delivery windows.

Order Minimums & Load Sizes

Parker Bark is a bulk supplier but is happy to accommodate smaller loads as well. We serve customers who order by the cubic yard, not by the bag. If you’re unsure whether your order size fits, just call—we’re happy to talk it through.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

To keep things smooth and safe, we ask that each job site be prepared before our truck arrives. If your site has special conditions (tight turns, soft ground, overhead wires, etc.), let us know when ordering so we can plan ahead.

Clear
Access

Ensure routes are free of parked vehicles, equipment, or low-hanging branches

Stable
Surface

Trucks need a safe, drivable surface to dump material.

Designated Drop Zone

Have a clear, agreed-upon drop location ready before we arrive.

Contact On-Site

A contact person who can make decisions if anything needs to change.
